Description
Strategic Value Partners, LLC seeks a Vice President of Portfolio Operations, in Greenwich, CT, to lead the development of the Value Creation Plan (VCP) for new investments; partner with the management team on high complexity VCP initiatives (e.g., pricing or margin improvement); and set up a transformation office to support execution/governance of successful VCP implementations. Requirements: Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related quantitative field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the following: assessing current state and future portfolio opportunities; financial tracking of strategic project execution; pitchbook development and construction of value-creation strategies for portfolio companies; portfolio company transformation and enterprise-wide strategic project execution; value creation initiative principles, including sophisticated pricing strategies, go-to-market effectiveness, margin improvement, Mergers & Acquisitions, and new product innovation; case-study management and consulting; and, business solutions assessment and implementation. **The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
