PUBLIC NOTICE

The Judicial Conference of the United States has authorized the appointment of a full-time United
States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania at Johnstown. The vacancy is
expected to be filled on or after April 1, 2027. The current annual salary is $229,908. The term of
the office is eight years.

personally completed by potential nominees and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on April 6,
2026.
