The Eric MacCluen Golf LLC is seeking a passionate, high-energy Teaching Professional to join our award-winning team. Working directly under Three-time PGA Philadelphia Section Youth Development Award Winner Eric MacCluen, you will be responsible for scaling world-class instruction programs and delivering an elite coaching experience to a diverse membership base.
We aren't just looking for an instructor; we are looking for a Player Development specialist who can grow participation, inspire junior athletes, and utilize the industry's most advanced technology to lower handicaps.

Experience Required
- Must be a PGA Member or an active Associate
- Minimum 2+ years of experience delivering high-volume private lessons and group clinics to a diverse demographic.
- Proven ability to operate and interpret data from launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight GC3/GC Hawk, Flightscope) and video swing capture software.
- Demonstrated success in junior programs, such as growing PGA Jr. League teams or managing multi-level summer camps.
- Ability to connect authentically with students of all ages and skill levels
- Proficient in tournament management software (e.g., Golf Genius) and digital promotion via social media and club communication platforms.
- Ability to maintain a high level of performance on the course and stand/walk for extended periods during peak season coaching
Essential Responsibilities
- Instruction & Coaching: Provide high-volume private instruction (averaging 4-6 lessons per day) for students ranging from "Little Linksters" (ages 5+) to senior club members.
- Program Innovation: Design and manage specialized clinics, including Short Game Practice Clubs, and Mental Game seminars.
- Junior Development: Lead and expand our reputable Junior Program, including PGA Junior League (target growth: 8 to 36+ players) and Summer Camps.
- Event Operations: Coordinate high-profile events such as our Marathon, Ball Drop and annual multi-day golf sojourns (e.g., Pinehurst trips for 120+ attendees).
- Technology & Content: Utilize Foresight (GC3/GC Hawk), instruction and club fitting. Create engaging "How-To" video content (e.g., TopTracer series) to promote facility technology.
- Community Ambassador: Act as a liaison between organizations such as The First Tee and local high schools to foster a welcoming, inclusive learning environment.
