Job Overview:
Lakeview Hills Golf Resort is seeking a full-time, certified Golf Course Superintendent to oversee our 36-hole executive golf course and grounds operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced superintendent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf course management, a strong background in agronomy, irrigation, and turf maintenance, and a commitment to delivering excellent playing conditions for all skill levels.

The Superintendent is a hands-on management position working in all aspects of the operation. The Superintendent will assign, participate, supervise, and follow up on the daily maintenance of the golf course, practice facility, clubhouse landscapes. He/she will develop knowledge and skills in staffing, renovation, irrigation, budgeting etc...

Educational Requirements

• Preferred is either a two or four-year degree/certificate in a turf related field.

Experience Requirements

• Previous work experience as an Assistant Golf Course or Head Superintendent is preferred.

Special Requirements

• Ability to perform any task needed to meet course standards.
• Highly motivated with strong work ethic and a positive can-do spirit.
• Attention to detail, ability to lead, identify and assign or complete tasks.
• Good oral and written communication skills with members and staff.
• Must be able to multitask while adapting and changing to weather, staffing or seasonal needs.
