About the Position
Responsible for leading and managing the implementation of high-impact corporate projects aligned with the Company's mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives. Partners with senior leadership to define strategic direction, analyze options, and develop actionable solutions. Leads cross-functional business and IT teams through all phases of change initiatives—from planning and execution to communication and adoption. Builds and develops a strong, cross-functional team equipped to support enterprise-wide change. Oversees project and change management activities, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, key objectives, and regulations.

Day in the Life
• Leads strategic analytics to support enterprise-wide decision-making and prioritization. Aggregates and reports monthly financials for Strategic and IT Projects to the Company.• Provides clear, concise, and creative communications to business stakeholders and senior leadership regarding project status, goals, risks, and outcomes.• Spearheads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives critical to enterprise success, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.• Leads collaborative solution design, engaging business and technical stakeholders to co-create scalable, practical solutions that address strategic needs.• Maintains deep understanding of enterprise business and technical workflows, ensuring that new solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing systems and processes.• Collaborates with business leaders to identify, scope, and launch priority projects—defining current state, future state, true north, and comprehensive project plans.• Facilitates brainstorming sessions and develops clear, high-quality documentation of project plans, improvement opportunities, and solution designs.• Recommends and implements process and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and increase value delivery across functions.• Drives alignment and accountability across teams to execute against strategic priorities—removing roadblocks, tracking progress, and ensuring focus on what's most important.• Manages overall program planning, scope, costs, contracts, and resource allocation. Oversees execution and coaches project teams to deliver results.• Coordinates the work delivery from the entire team, including Project Managers, Business SMEs, Business Analysts, and Tech Leads, coaching for success and ensuring delivery of project scope, schedule, and budget through effective tools and techniques.• Establishes clear implementation goals, gains leadership support, and leads training and adoption efforts with a focus on stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.• Drives change by identifying opportunities, communicating the "why," and executing project plans through configuration, communication, and training.• Proactively develops, recommends, and trains employees on tools, systems, and processes to address performance gaps and enhance productivity and quality.• Leads adoption and transition efforts for business change initiatives, including coaching leaders and stakeholders to sustain improvements post-implementation.• Defines and reports on program and change initiative KPIs, ensuring ownership transitions to appropriate business teams over time.• Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with managers, staff, vendors, stakeholders, and corporate leadership.• Maintains strict confidentiality of company records, client data, and intellectual property in all documentation, systems, and communications.• Consistently makes decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.• Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.• Promotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in project and program management, with a strong track record leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives of varying scale.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing strategic business plans, budgets, community relationships, and large, diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with technical domains including API integrations, software configuration, data transformation, and data governance.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and continuous improvement best practices.
- Strong process orientation, with demonstrated ability to document process flows, maintain detailed project schedules, and organize tasks efficiently.
- Deep understanding of the full project life cycle and experience facilitating diverse, cross-functional work teams.
- Proven success leading organizational change efforts and managing through complex transitions.
- Skilled in hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing both frontline and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performing, engaged teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; capable of diagnosing complex problems and driving practical, innovative solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and report development.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and external partners.
- Strong business insight with a results-driven mindset.
- Advanced financial, analytical, and mathematical capabilities, including the ability to interpret financial documents and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to support business development, client communication, and strategic partnerships.
