⛳ Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starter & Bag Room Attendant for the upcoming golf season. This is a seasonal position running from April through November.

This dual-role position is essential to delivering an exceptional golf experience. You will be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests-welcoming players, managing tee times, and assisting with golf bags and cart operations.

️ Starter Responsibilities

• Manage the first tee and ensure groups start on time.
• Organize tee sheet flow and communicate with the pro shop.
• Provide course information, rules, and daily updates to players.
• Monitor pace of play at the start and set expectations with guests.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the club professionally.

Bag Room Attendant Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading/loading golf bags.
• Clean and stage golf carts for daily play.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bag room and cart staging area.
• Store and retrieve member bags as needed.
• Ensure practice facilities are clean and properly supplied.

• Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous golf course or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Seasonal employment: April - November
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
