Operating in a high‑visibility environment, you'll partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other corporate functions to deliver innovative, compliant, and cost‑effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing across Corporate & Professional Services categories, with a primary focus on HR Services and HR-related programs (e.g., benefits, wellness, talent acquisition, learning).
• Manage large, complex negotiations (MSAs, SOWs, renewals, licensing) with global service providers.
• Build and execute global category strategies, market analyses, and executive‑level recommendations.
• Represent sourcing in executive forums, cross-functional planning sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support business development by providing category insights, benchmarks, and sourcing differentiators.
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to advance strategic goals.
Performance & Delivery Excellence
• Monitor delivery performance and supplier execution across both HR and broader corporate initiatives.
• Drive achievement of savings, SLA compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leverage analytics tools (EPM dashboards, Cognos) to manage pipeline, performance, and reporting.
• Lead multi‑year transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
Capability Development & Team Leadership
• Mentor team members in Corporate & Professional Services sourcing, with focus on HR expertise development.
• Lead knowledge sharing through best practices, playbooks, and sourcing templates.
• Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and the ability to influence across executive and functional teams.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing across Corporate & Professional Services with significant expertise in HR Services.
• Proven success negotiating complex, high‑value service contracts.
• Deep understanding of HR programs (benefits, wellness, talent) combined with exposure to broader categories (e.g., Consulting, Legal, Finance, Marketing).
• Executive‑level communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with consulting, procurement outsourcing, or global category management.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Global sourcing experience with understanding of international compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of ESG, DEI, and supplier diversity considerations for service categories.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, SHRM, or related credentials.
