Your role and responsibilities

As a Technology Seller, you will drive IBM's technology strategy with clients by winning the platform and translating their needs into the right cross-technology architecture. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, leveraging experience in technology sales to deliver value to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Client Needs Assessment: Translating client needs into the right cross-technology architecture, driving IBM's technology strategy forward.
• Solution Development: Winning the platform by developing and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs, leveraging experience in technology sales.
• Technology Strategy: Driving IBM's technology strategy with clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and goals.

• Cross-Technology Architecture: Experience with cross-technology architecture, translating client needs into the right solutions. Understanding of how different technologies integrate to meet client goals.

• Solution Development: Experience developing tailored solutions, winning platforms through technology sales expertise. Delivering solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.

This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the Incentive Plan assigned to you.
