Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- 8+ years clinical experience preferred, with established patient panel a plus
- Strong leadership skills or experience managing patient panels
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in both established and developing outpatient practice settings
- Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Delivering high-quality outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
- Managing preventive care, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Utilizing Epic and other digital tools for clinical documentation and patient communication
- Participating in quality improvement and community health initiatives
- Contributing to the growth and development of new and established practice sites
