Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• 8+ years clinical experience preferred, with established patient panel a plus
• Strong leadership skills or experience managing patient panels
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in both established and developing outpatient practice settings
• Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Delivering high-quality outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
• Managing preventive care, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Utilizing Epic and other digital tools for clinical documentation and patient communication
• Participating in quality improvement and community health initiatives
• Contributing to the growth and development of new and established practice sites
