Description
Responsibilities: Execute the day-to-day activities of auditengagements for clients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)registrants. Support the design and execution of audit approaches andprocedures in accordance with relevant regulatory professional auditing andassurance standards. Coordinate audit work papers and file in compliancewith KPMG standards and policies. Review auditengagements based on U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) andU.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Conduct financialstatement audits and other assurance engagements for public and privateclients.WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
CPA License required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Performing audit procedures through application of SEC regulations; U.S. GAAS; PCAOB; AICPA; International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); International Standards on Auditing (ISA); SOX Section 404; COSO framework; auditing accounting estimates in accordance with PCAOB 2501; and reviewing and analyzing U.S. GAAP financial statements. Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.

SALARY RANGE : $146,058 - $240,400 peryear
