- Senior Major Gifts Officer
Description
Carroll College invites applications for a Senior Major Gifts Officer. This position plays a key role within the Office of Institutional Advancement, contributing directly to the strategic fundraising efforts of Carroll College. As a member of the advancement team, this individual is responsible for designing, managing, and executing a comprehensive major gifts strategy aimed at securing significant philanthropic support from alumni, parents, and friends of the College. Working collaboratively under the direction of leadership and alongside colleagues, the Senior Major Gift Officer will cultivate and steward relationships with prospective donors capable of making multi-year commitments in the six- and seven-figure range. This position is critical to strengthening the College’s financial foundation and has a meaningful impact on institutional priorities, student success, and long-term stakeholder engagement.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field and 3 years’ experience in cultivating donations and closing major gifts at the six figure level and higher, preferably in higher education.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this position, Carroll College will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas classifications.
