We are a plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on representing individuals who have been seriously injured or wronged by insurance companies. Our practice centers on personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation throughout Washington, Montana, and Arizona.

We are growing and seeking a Senior Attorney to lead cases, guide team members, and help shape the continued success of the firm.
This is a hybrid position that will be remote with some in-person obligations across the state. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
$165,000 to $180,000 salary, depending on experience
$100,000+ in yearly performance-based incentive opportunities (paid quarterly)

The Role
The Senior Attorney serves as the strategic and operational leader for assigned cases. While this role will at times perform standard litigation tasks, the primary responsibility is to develop strategy, direct execution, supervise the case team, and drive each case toward a favorable and timely resolution.
Each case team typically includes an Associate Attorney, Paralegal, and Legal Assistant. The Senior Attorney leads that team.
This is not a “high-volume churn” role. It is a leadership position for a litigator who wants ownership, autonomy, and the ability to maximize case value while mentoring others.
Who You Are
Active license and good standing with the Washington State Bar
5+ years of experience in personal injury and/or insurance bad faith litigation
Demonstrated experience handling cases independently
Trial experience required
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Proven ability to supervise or mentor other attorneys or staff
Strategic thinker with sound judgment and business awareness
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex matters
What You’ll Do
Case Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute case strategy from intake through resolution or trial
Evaluate liability, damages, coverage issues, and bad faith exposure
Make key decisions and execute regarding settlement positioning, mediation strategy, and trial advocacy
Maintain forward momentum and proactive case management
Litigation Execution
Oversee and conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Argue dispositive and evidentiary motions
Lead mediations and settlement negotiations
First-chair trials
Team Supervision & Mentorship
Direct members the Legal Team on assigned cases
Provide guidance on legal analysis, drafting, and courtroom preparation
Ensure quality control of pleadings, motions, and discovery
Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability
Client Leadership
Serve as the primary strategic advisor for cases
Ensure the Legal Team communicates effectively with clients
Set expectations and guide clients through complex litigation decisions
Financial & Performance Accountability
Drive case value and resolution timelines
Contribute meaningfully to firm revenue through strategic case handling
Participate in quarterly and annual performance discussions
