KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Development to join our Corporate Development organization.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business problem formulation, comprehensive analysis, and resolution
• Research and study the market and business competitive landscape, critically dissect trends and business strategy, and lead the development of insightful analysis
• Perform financial and analytical assessments of investment opportunities, including the work on due diligence of live deals
• Offer active and ongoing support with deal sourcing, and target landscape analysis
• Interface with various levels of leadership within the organization
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of recent experience in a finance, accounting, or PE focused role
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or accounting is preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in in finance or other related field is required
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, synthesize complex issues and develop high impact deliverables
• Desire to grow professionally by learning from and supporting a highly experienced team
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
