Introduction
The is program execution manager role that will focus on Select Territory in the United States. We are focused on volume and velocity, and driving major cultural shift within the organization.
Your role and responsibilities
Program Activation & Execution
· Structure and drive initiatives from concept through field activation in Select Territory, ensuring teams are enabled, aligned, and equipped to adopt new workflows and motions.
· Structure adoption plans using established operating rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly), informed by Select Territory best practices and RevTech-driven motions.
· Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans that support sellers, first-line managers, tech sellers/customer success, and ecosystem partners.
Feedback Loop Creation & Management
· Design and manage structured feedback loops to systematically gather field input (qualitative & quantitative) and evaluate what is or isn't working.
· Partner with Sales Acceleration teams driving sales plays, use case workflows, and content activation to ensure feedback is integrated into program improvements.
Insights, Measurement & KPI Reporting
· Define performance indicators to measure program outcomes: adoption, usage, pipeline impact, deal velocity, and revenue influence.
· Track, interpret, and communicate insights using sales dashboards, RevTech data, and qualitative field inputs.
· Provide leadership with recurring readouts and recommendations for course-corrections.

- Strategic Leadership & Vision: Defining program goals, aligning projects with business strategy, and driving organizational change.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Tailoring communication for executives vs. technical teams, negotiating, and influencing without authority.
- Risk Mitigation & Planning: Early identification of risks, creating mitigation strategies, and managing dependencies across projects.
- Operational & Technical Proficiency: Utilizing project management software, analyzing data (KPIs), and understanding technical aspects of the product/program.
- Cross-Functional Team Management: Organizing, delegating, and motivating teams to achieve milestones

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
