Seasonal Golf Shop Attendant - Glen Eagle

The Seasonal Golf Shop Attendant position at Glen Eagle offers an excellent entry point into the golf industry. Working under the supervision of the Head Golf Professional and Lead Assistant Golf Professional, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of golf operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Professional Staff with tee-time coordination, tournament registration, and Handicap software management.
• Collaborating with outside member services and our merchandising team to set up and maintain displays.
• Providing exceptional member service, interacting daily with Glen Eagle members and their guests to ensure a positive experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, service-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a professional golf environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in golf is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Willingness and initiative to learn new systems and processes.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute new ideas.
