Your role and responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, you will develop an understanding of the strategic direction of the account as it relates to function and business unit, and participate in strategic account planning. Your focus will be on client relationship management, delivering on commitments to clients, and achieving financial objectives of profitable revenue growth while creating an environment for growth and innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Lead Service Delivery Team: Manage global delivery resources and services, lead service delivery team according to defined scope of services, statements of works, documents of understanding (DOU), and intercompany agreements (ICA).
• Client Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and improve the client relationship regarding all aspects of the contracted services as the representative of IBM, ensuring service delivery customer satisfaction objectives, contract cost targets, and service level agreements are met.
• Service Delivery Planning: Participate in, and support, the tactical service delivery account plan, and understand client requirements to assist in setting program objectives.
• Crisis Management: Perform service delivery crisis management, maintain an audit-ready posture, and meet all business control requirements.
• Financial Objectives: Achieve financial objectives of profitable revenue growth while creating an environment for growth and innovation.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Expertise in Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in establishing, maintaining, and improving client relationships, with a focus on delivering on commitments and achieving financial objectives. Ability to manage C-Level partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Experience with Service Delivery Planning: Skilled in participating in and supporting tactical service delivery account plans, with an understanding of client requirements and the ability to assist in setting program objectives.
• Experience in Crisis Management: Adept at performing service delivery crisis management, maintaining an audit-ready posture, and meeting all business control requirements.
• Experience with Global Delivery Management: Proven ability to manage global delivery resources and services, with a focus on leading service delivery teams according to defined scope of services and agreements.
• Deep Understanding of IBM's Delivery Strategy: Experienced in understanding and supporting IBM's delivery strategy, with the ability to translate this into customer/account beneficial improvements.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Familiarity with IBM Selling Techniques: Knowledge of IBM selling techniques to identify business opportunities with clients, with the ability to learn and participate in identifying new sales opportunities.
• Understanding of Operational Support Requirements: Familiarity with operational support requirements, service level objectives, and measurement tracking, with the ability to accurately report status to management.
• Experience with Service Level Agreements: Understanding of service level agreements and the ability to ensure these agreements are met, with a focus on maintaining a strong client partnership.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
