Seeking a Retinal Surgeon/ Medical Retina Specialist  to join our busy and growing practice. Our practice has seen significant growth and tremendous opportunity for expansion, creating need of another associate. We are looking for a motivated and hard-working individual who possesses excellent clinical and communication skills. The current partners have created a collegial and friendly work environment, and we are seeking a good team player to join us and help grow the practice.

We are a Retina Only practice located in the San Gabriel Valley, about twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles. Our practice has four office locations and surgery is done in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings. We are a group of three full-time retina specialists and our practice mission is to provide the best patient care with compassion and integrity. We are not associated with nor owned by private equity.

We offer a competitive base salary with an earning potential of $400,000-$600,000+ years in years 1-3.  Our compensation package include paid malpractice insurance, holiday, and vacation. Board certification or eligibility and state licensure is required, along with completion of a retina fellowship. Medical retina specialists are also welcome to apply. Both new graduates and experienced practitioners will be considered. Full-time is preferred, but part time schedules can also be possible.
