Job Summary:
Oversee the day to day operations of the Group Home Programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
RESIDENTS:
Ensure whereabouts, compliance with program at all times. Program is expected to be followed to the letter.

Spend time each week at recreation and sharing meals with residents, minimum of 4-6 hours weekly.
Ensure hospitality is delivered at a high level.
STAFF:
Communicate proactively to all staff. Plan for day, night and next day.
Responsible for staff scheduling and resident scripting.
Shift summaries.
Coach and train as needed.
Confront and address all policies not being followed.
HOUSES:
Ensure houses are clean at all times. Work in partnership with mentoring specialists to ensure rooms, common areas and perimeters are on point at all times.
Report all required repairs to the Director of Maintenance.
Review the shift reports and monitor daily activity.
COMMUNICATION:
Resolve all concerns as they arise. Do not let things go unresolved.
Communicate in a professional manner at all times.
Give advance notice of any schedule changes. Time off must be approved by Human Resources.
Provide daily shift summaries and weekly 3x3 reports.
Conduct timely follow-up for any incidents occurring while on shift.
SCHEDULE:
You will be required to exercise flexibility; Timothy Hill is a 24/7 organization and at times schedules, roles and shifts are subject to change to meet the needs of the residents, programs and organization.
Supervisory employees are expected to work a minimum of 45 hours a week. Although this is a salaried, exempt position we do allow for Hazard Pay in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Executive Director.

Ability to perform all TCI protective interventions
Ability to navigate campus and respond quickly to crisis situations
Ability to participate in recreational activities and/or workouts with residents
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to transport residents as needed

Must have a high level of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
Must be flexible, self-motivated and able to follow through on tasks and projects.
Valid New York State Driver’s License
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma, College degree preferred and/or over five years of experience in the childcare field
Supervisory Experience
TCI certification prior to employment
TCI Train the Trainer Certification within six (6) months of employment
Required Background:

Drug Testing
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Louisiana CANS
Federal Fingerprint-Based Criminal History Check
Out-of-State Background Checks for Residences within the past 5 years, if pertinent.
Any other clearances required by the state of Louisiana
