Introduction
Technical Specialists in this Job Role have expertise in analysis and description of business processes, and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements. Business analysts act as the interpreters between the worlds of IT and business. Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases, process models, and impact analysis.
Your role and responsibilities
- Serve as overall delivery Lead for Integrations for HR systems, from gathering business requirements to implementation in Prod environment.
- Document Functional Specification with detailed requirements and translate those requirements into functional IT requirements to complete the development process.
- Develop Business Subject Matter expert proficiency be collaborating with business team and develop technical proficiencies by cross training with development team.
- Develop process, and system technical flows for each technical design.
- Work with functional leaders and vendors to confirm requirements and obtain stakeholders sign-offs as required.
- Create test data for unit testing in conjunction with developers work effort and for performing the initial SIT (systems integrations testing) once the first pass integration development is completed.
- Develop test plans and lead the UAT/End-to-End test efforts with the Vendor and functional leads, opening defects and working to resolve with developers until all defects are closed and with vendor and functional leads until all test cases are closed.
- Create relevant Business Controls documentations and ensure steady state compliance.
- Manage production cutovers and deployment execution steps.
- Fully engage in hypercare phase to provide full support for integrations with monitoring, batch job setup, defect resolution, change requests, and integration error resolutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer to any production support team who may cover steady state.
- Provides cross training, mentoring, and consulting for the other BA's on the team.
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Experience in the following:
- HR Software systems i.e Workday/Success Factors
- Experience with system navigation.
- Knowledge of System architecture
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Prior CIO experience
- HR Business Data knowledge

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
