PROJECT MANAGEMENT Seeking DBE Certified Firm Participation for IEUA Project Management, Inspection, and Administrative Services Master Contract TKE Engineering, Inc. is pursuing an opportunity with the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) for the Project Management, Inspection, and Administrative Services Master Contract, and we are seeking certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms to provide the required subconsultant services.
