About Emergency Infant Services
Emergency Infant Services (EIS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children five and under whose families are facing urgent financial hardship. We provide immediate access to essentials such as formula, diapers, clothing, and other critical items—because a child cannot wait. Each year, EIS provides direct support to more than 50,000 infants and toddlers in the Tulsa area.
Position Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for managing daytoday operations at El Centro and conducting client interviews to assess needs and connect families with appropriate supports. This role works closely with the Director of Social Services and serves as a key link between EIS, community agencies, volunteers, and partner organizations. Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee EIS operations at El Centro
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance available services
Support the Director of Social Services with daily operational needs
Supervise case managers, interns, and volunteers at El Centro
Introduce clients to services provided by EIS and partner agencies
Interview clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate actions or resources
Participate in EIS and partner agency committees, meetings, and task forces
Adjust priorities to meet the immediate needs of clients
Recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery and team efficiency
Attend required training and educational programs
Represent EIS at community events, fairs, and meetings as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social services or nonprofit environment
Required Skills & Abilities
Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
Ability to obtain CPR and CPST certifications (training provided if needed)
