Overview

Blandford Country Club is a 9-hole, semi-private golf course located in Blandford, Massachusetts. Founded in 1909, the Club offers a unique golfing experience for players of all ages and skill levels along with breathtaking scenic views. The current owners have been operating the course since 2019 and have made improvements to the golf course while maintaining the historic charm of the Clubhouse.

We are currently seeking a Pro Shop Manager to oversee customer related operations which combines general management tasks along with specific golf-related responsibilities to create a positive member/guest experience.

Experience Required

General knowledge of the game of golf with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in golf, recreation or retail operations preferred but not required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the course Pro Shop, including opening/closing procedures, staff supervision and professional member/guest interaction.
• Administer and coordinate tournaments for members, leagues and outside events.
• Coordinate daily operations with the course superintendent, including planned tournaments/events, maintenance operations and course closures due to weather.
• Assist owners with Pro Shop merchandise purchases
• Promote the Club in the community to engage new members and promote banquet room facilities.
