Overview

Under the supervision of the Director of Golf, the Pro Shop Assistant is responsible for the sale of pro shop items, collection of fees, registration of players, and assigning tee times. This employee must have the ability to handle money, communicate effectively and professionally with all customers.

Essential Responsibilities

• Effective phone communication
• Comprehensive opening and closing procedures
• Tee sheet management
• Training
• Enforce all club policies and procedures
• Actively looks for ways to enhance the golf operation
• Represents the Club at all times in a professional manner
