Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate values patient interaction, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care in a community pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations

* Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions

* Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) services

* Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

* Administer immunizations 

* Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

* Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff

* Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of medications

Requirements

Qualifications:

* PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited pharmacy school

* Active South Carolina pharmacist license in good standing

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Immunization certification preferred

*Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy

*Prior retail or independent pharmacy experience preferred

*Compounding experience preferred but not required
