MeadowCreek Golf Resort is located in New Meadows, Idaho, just 20 minutes from McCall - one of the Pacific Northwest's top outdoor recreation destinations. The resort features an 18-hole mountain golf course, four pickleball courts, two tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a fitness facility, all surrounded by breathtaking mountain views.

The region offers year-round recreation including hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, and skiing, making MeadowCreek an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. The golf course is known for its rolling fairways, small greens, and classic mountain design - a true Idaho golf experience.

Position Overview:

MeadowCreek Golf Resort is seeking a motivated and service-oriented PGA Golf Management (PGM) Intern for a 6-month internship. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within a professional environment that values teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement. Upon graduation, this internship may lead to a full-time position as 1st Assistant PGA Professional.

The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of golf operations, including tournament management, golf shop operations, instruction, and member services, while reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional member and guest service in a professional and welcoming
• Assist in organizing and executing the club's tournament program and junior golf
• Provide instruction to players of all skill levels, including juniors and
• Support merchandising operations including receiving, displaying, and inventory
• Conduct daily golf shop procedures including tee sheet coordination and opening/closing
• Supervise and train outside operations staff to ensure quality service across all
• Promote the game of golf through enthusiasm, engagement, and member
• Play golf with members and guests to build relationships and enhance the club
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold all club policies and service

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a PGA Golf Management (PGM)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for
• Working knowledge of golf operations, tournament software, and merchandising
• Ability to teach and promote the game of golf to players of varying skill
• Proficient in Golf Genius, ForeUp, or similar software
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours during the golf
