What You’ll Do:
Lead cases from start to finish with autonomy and strategic input
Negotiate with insurance companies and manage settlements
Supervise paralegals and optimize case workflows
Draft pleadings, motions, and review discovery
Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials

Requirements
Qualifications:
5-15 years litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
Active WA and/or OR Bar license (both preferred)
Strong organization, client interaction, and drafting skills
