We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and personable Outside Service Attendant to join our golf operations team. This role is key to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our members and guests. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works well independently, and maintains a positive, professional attitude.

Experience Required

• Previous golf or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Prepare and stage golf carts for daily use, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain practice facility, including setting up and replenishing range balls.
• Keep cart barn and outside service areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with tournament and event setup as needed.
• Provide information about club facilities, policies, and upcoming events.
• Monitor pace of play and support golf staff in delivering excellent service.
