Pasadena Yacht & Country Club is seeking a polished, service-driven professional to join our Outside Services team. This individual plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and their guests at our premier private club.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong hospitality mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to first-class service. Previous experience in a high-end private club environment is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor upon arrival.
• Deliver an elevated level of personalized service, demonstrating a "whatever it takes" attitude to support team success and exceed member expectations.
• Assist members and guests with golf bags, including unloading and loading from vehicles, cleaning clubs, and returning bags to storage.
• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the cart barn, bag room, parking lot, and surrounding common areas.
• Prepare and execute tournament and event operations, including staging, setup, and breakdown.
• Clean, detail, and stage golf carts to club standards, ensuring they are fully stocked with tees, towels, scorecards, sand bottles, and other amenities prior to play.
• Oversee the professional presentation and operational readiness of all practice facilities by managing practice ball inventory, organizing and staging range ball crates, retrieving range balls as needed, and maintaining a clean and orderly short game area.
• Stage carts and bags accurately and efficiently for daily play.
• Communicate proactively with Golf Shop staff regarding tee sheet updates and operational adjustments throughout the day.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and organization across all work areas.
• Provide members and guests with accurate information regarding course policies, rules, and club amenities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Professional Staff.
