Overview

The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. This position supports the golf operations team by assisting with essential outside services, such as bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas.

Experience Required

• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and course conditions.
• Marshal carts in the staging area.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and practice facilities.
• Collaborate with other golf operations staff.
• Complete daily assignments and maintain work areas.
