Outside Service Attendant

The Outside Service Attendant is responsible for servicing the needs of members and their guests by delivering a high level of customer service. This includes:

• Providing professional and courteous communication at all times.
• Maintaining, setting up, and staging the cart fleet.
• Cleaning, organizing, and handling golf bags with care.
• Overseeing and maintaining the practice facility to ensure it is in top condition.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Set up members and guests with clean, fully prepared golf carts.
• Clean and maintain the golf cart fleet on a daily basis.
• Clean golf clubs and handle the retrieval and storage of golf bags.
• Maintain the appearance and readiness of the practice facilities.
• Stock and maintain golf amenities and water machine supplies.
• Maintain constant communication with both outside and inside staff.
• Greet and interact with members/guests upon arrival and departure.
• Enforce Club policies and promptly inform the Golf Shop of any infractions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
