Overview

The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. This position supports the golf operations team by assisting with essential outside services, such as bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas.

Experience Required

• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, answering questions, promoting club events, and providing post-round support.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, and practice facilities.
• Collaborate with other golf operations staff to ensure seamless service.
