Seasonal Outside Staff Services (April 1 st -October 31 st )

Garden City Country Club, located in Garden City - Long Island, New York. We are part of the best section in the country, the MET Section. Garden City Country Club is a private, family-oriented membership offering premium golf, racquet sports, dining and social amenities. Our club emphasizes community, recreation and social engagement. Golf is the club's primary passion and focus, consisting of staff and members devoted to continuing the growth of a highly enjoyable, yet challenging golf course.

The Golf Outside Operations plays a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. This highly visible, hands-on position ensures seamless day-to-day operations of the golf course, practice facilities, and cart areas. The ideal candidate is professional, courteous, and passionate about golf and service excellence.

Experience Required

Golf knowledge/experience is a bonus.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage golf bags, club cleaning, and bag storage organization.
• Prepare and stage golf carts daily; ensure carts are clean, charged, and ready for play.
• Maintain and restock practice areas (range balls, alignment rods, baskets, etc.).
• Support tournament and event setup, scoring, and breakdown.
• Monitor pace of play and assist with course flow as directed by professional staff.
• Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards for all golf operations areas.
• Represent the club positively and uphold all service, safety, and appearance standards.
