A thriving and stable group of 6 Physicians and 6 APPs are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to practice in a primary care setting. This is a quality-of-life position for those who want lower patient volumes, high practice autonomy, and a 4-day work week.

This community in Northern New Mexico has the highest number of PhD's per capita in the United States, is known to be very safe, and has great access to hiking, camping, snow-skiing, and being outdoors.

The Position:
• 4-day work week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri
• Low daily patient volumes of 14-16 per day
• Practice alongside 6 physicians and 6 APPs
• Compensation includes Base Salary of $275K with a Partnership option after 1 year, total income as a Partner between $325-350K
• Sign-on/Relocation of $40K, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, 401K w/ match, PTO, and CME
