A nationally recognized health system located in the heart of San Diego, CA is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their staff as an outpatient clinician. The practice recently expanded one of the new offices in Banker's Hill (near the San Diego Zoo) and is looking to meet increased patient demand.

Join a team of 6 primary care physicians and 1 APP that practice in a state-of-the-art clinic space near downtown.

Currently, the practice is prioritizing candidates with at least 3 - 5 years of post-residency experience.

The Position:
• 4 Day Work Week
• $289,000 to $322,000 Base Salary range depending on experience
• Proven Income Potential over $350,000 via wRVU incentives
• 36 clinical hours per week | 4 administrative hours per week
• 40-minute new patients appointments | 20-minute follow-up patient appointments
• 18-20 patients per day
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including Employee Pension Plan
• EPIC EMR
