Practice Overview

• You'll join a team with 1 Head & Neck Cancer/Facial Trauma Specialist and 2 General ENT Providers
• Significant support from 2 Audiologists and multiple APPs
• Perform procedures such as eustachian tube dilation, biopsies, and more
• Call schedule is one week per month, both phone and in-person

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Average of 20-30 patients daily with OR block time 2-3 days/week
• Structured call of 1 week per month
• Balance between clinic and procedural time

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year guaranteed base salary of $525,000 - $575,000
• $60,000+ sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
• 30 days PTO during guarantee, with $5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• BC/BE in Otolaryngology required
• Open to new graduates; mentorship available
• Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
