An established, physician-led orthopaedic private practice in Central Wisconsin is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon with interest and experience in shoulder surgery to join our growing team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to build a high-volume, upper extremity-focused practice with strong referral relationships, excellent ancillary support, and partnership potential.
Position Highlights
- Focus on hand and upper extremity surgery with the ability to incorporate shoulder procedures
- Established referral base from primary care, urgent care, occupational medicine, and regional providers
- Dedicated clinic space, procedure rooms, and block OR time
- Experienced PA/NP support and skilled clinical staff
- On-site imaging and therapy collaboration
- Ambulatory Surgery Center Co-located

Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited program
- Fellowship training in Hand Surgery
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Ability and interest in performing shoulder surgery
- Wisconsin licensure (or ability to obtain)
