Job Posting: Field/Organizing Staff

Montgomery County, MD

A dynamic Democratic County Executive campaign in Montgomery County, Maryland, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in a Field/Organizing capacity.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team and make a tangible difference in our community. The role is time-intensive and demanding, including evenings and weekends.

Available Positions & Compensation

We are accepting applications for three tiers of this role, with compensation based on experience.

Organizer: $4,000 monthly
Lead Organizer: $4,500 monthly
Organizing Director: Negotiable depending on experience
 

Preferred Qualities

Bilingual or Multilingual
Local to Montgomery County
Previous experience in field or organizing roles on political campaigns is strongly preferred.
