Ophthalmologist – Partnership Track Opportunity

We are seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist to join our well-established, physician-led practice in the Greater Sacramento area with a clear partnership track. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a thriving surgical practice with significant growth potential and minimal call responsibilities—currently just two weekends per year.
Our group consists of three MDs and two ODs practicing in two established locations (Sacramento and Folsom), serving a regional population of approximately 1.5 million, including several prosperous retirement communities. The practice offers substantial room for expansion, including the potential development of satellite offices for an ambitious future partner. As senior partners transition toward retirement, additional surgical volume and leadership opportunities will become available.
Sacramento, California’s capital city, offers a strong and diverse economic base and is home to two major universities, including the University of California, Davis. The highly regarded UC Davis Medical Center provides excellent tertiary and subspecialty ophthalmology support in both academic and private sectors. Voluntary academic teaching opportunities are available. The local ophthalmology community is collegial and collaborative.
The region boasts a Mediterranean climate with year-round outdoor recreation. Lake Tahoe and Sierra skiing, the Sonoma Coast, Napa Valley, San Francisco, and Yosemite National Park are all within easy reach.
