We are seeking a full-time Ophthalmologist to join our well-established, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice serving primarily South Jersey, with one Pennsylvania location. This is a 100% physician-owned private practice with no private equity involvement—we believe healthcare belongs in the hands of physicians.

Our practice operates two private ASCs, providing full control over surgical block time and scheduling. This position offers a strong potential partnership track for the right candidate who values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term practice growth.

Requirements

Requirements:

MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Eligible for New Jersey (and Pennsylvania preferred) medical licensure
Interest in long-term private practice and potential partnership
Strong clinical skills with a collaborative, patient-centered approach
