Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Partnership Track

Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
Active Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
Strong cataract surgical experience required; comprehensive ophthalmology focus preferred
