Resilience Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork is looking for skilled and compassionate NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapists (LMBTs) to join our growing team as independent contractors. If you’re professional, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve pain relief and overall wellness, we’d love to hear from you!

-50% Commission Rate: Includes full use of Vagaro software for scheduling and SOAP note management.
-Supportive Environment: Owner Melanie, an LMBT, works alongside therapists and offers mentorship to those who seek guidance.
-Marketing & Networking: Benefit from our established network and community presence since 2017. We’ll assist you with marketing, networking opportunities, and event setup.
Flexible Hours: Choose a schedule that fits your life. We’re currently welcoming 2–3 therapists based on availability.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
-Active NC Massage Therapy License and liability insurance.
-Experience with therapeutic modalities such as ART, Rapid NFR (or a willingness to pursue CEUs), Accredited Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Massage, Stretch/Sports Massage, or other advanced pain management techniques. At Resilience, we redefine pain management by combining proven, results-driven techniques with the soothing comfort of a spa environment—delivering the best of both worlds to our clients.
-Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
-Open to sharing a treatment room with other therapists based on scheduled hours. Those seeking part-time hours may be asked to share a space to accommodate everyone’s schedules.
