West Asheville Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our growing team of wellness providers. Our goal is to make massage therapy accessible to the neighborhood as part of a thoughtful range of self-care and medical services while offering a supportive environment where practitioners can build and grow their practice.
This role is ideal for a therapist who values community, consistency, and providing high-quality, personalized care in a collaborative wellness setting.
About the Practice
West Asheville Aesthetics & Wellness is a women-owned practice offering medical aesthetics, massage therapy, and acupuncture close to home in West Asheville. Our providers work together to create an intentional, welcoming space where clients receive attentive and personalized care.
Position Details
Licensed Massage Therapist (1099 contractor)
Commitment of 3–4 days per week, approximately 8 hours per shift
Revenue split:
50/50 to start
60% therapist / 40% business once approximately 70% utilization of scheduled hours is achieved
Maintaining consistent weekly hours helps ensure availability for clients and efficient use of treatment space.

Scheduling platform and administrative support
Established wellness setting with cross-referrals from aesthetics and acupuncture services
Therapist Responsibilities
Provide high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to client needs
Maintain regular scheduled hours
Clean and reset the treatment room between clients and at the beginning and end of shifts
Maintain professional standards of care and client experience
