Location: Pamper Thyme – Castle Rock, CO
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: $35-$40 per service + 100% of tips
Schedule: 10-15 hours/week | Tuesday (9am-2pm) plus 1 or 2 afternoons (3pm-7pm)

We’re looking for an experienced therapist who can confidently support a broader range of client needs—and bring additional techniques to the studio. If you value connection, professionalism, and a slower, more intentional pace of bodywork, you’ll feel at home here.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who loves working one-on-one with clients and wants the stability of employment with the flexibility to maintain balance in their life. You’ll focus on your clients and your craft — I’ll take care of the supplies, setup, and environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage sessions tailored to client goals
Offer a range of techniques as appropriate
Maintain a clean, welcoming treatment space
Communicate warmly and professionally with clients
Follow studio protocols for intake, sanitation, documentation, and retail guidance
Techniques We’re Looking For
Prenatal massage
Swedish
Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release
Trigger point work
Cupping, or other specialty modalities are a plus
Requirements
Active Colorado Massage Therapy License
Current professional liability insurance
Reliable, client-focused, and professional
Ability to work independently while honoring studio policies and standards
