Description
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate LMT to join our team for a minimum of two shifts per week - either Saturday or Sunday AND either Tuesday or Wednesday. Please do not apply unless you are available these days! Opportunities for additional hours are also available.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and therapies. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to assess client needs effectively. The Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to provide therapeutic treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.
Soul Summit opened for business in January 2024. We're therapist owned and operated - we know what it takes to create a positive working environment that optimizes outcomes for clients and staff. Our commission is highly competitive and we pay therapists every Friday. We also offer private yoga and regularly lead pop-up classes at parks. We hope you consider joining our team!
Requirements
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Perform various massage techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care.
- Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately in accordance with medical terminology standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to enhance patient care.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
