What you can look forward to as a Marketing Specialist

• Help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing initiatives, and support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
• Developing marketing content and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate customer engagement events such as trainings and tradeshows, managing customer communications and digital channels, and monitoring campaign performance through analytics and reporting.
• Support marketing planning and budget management while identifying opportunities to optimize program effectiveness and marketing ROI.

Your profile as a Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications and/or journalism.
• 3 yrs of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
• Strong project management experience working with internal teams and external agencies
• Strong business acumen with ability to track expenses, balance a budget and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel up to 10%.
• Hybrid Work Schedule.
• Must be in office 3 days per week
• Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing disciplines including creative development, platforms, media, analytics, and performance measurement including but not limited to:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
  • Google Ads, SEMrush, Power BISalesforce CRM
  • Social media platforms and management tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Hootsuite)
