Introduction
This role is responsible for delivering a comprehensive communications strategy across ES&I, Software (TA), and TAC. This role ensures consistent messaging internally and externally, supports transformational initiatives, and amplifies IBM's brand presence through strategic storytelling and engagement.
Your role and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Manage communication channels for ES&I, Software TA, and TAC, including Slack, w3 pages, and structured knowledge repositories and internal email communications.
- Create and update internal branding materials in line with the latest TA Branding guidelines.
- Maintain and develop internal branding publisher pages for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver 12 ES&I Insider newsletters
- All Hands calls across all 3 orgs (12 ES&I, 4 Software, 4 TAC).
- Coordinate ExecStart and ExecEmpowerment Series monthly communications.
- Develop and deliver enablement sessions on:
- Process changes
- Integration for acquisitions (Software TA)
- New tools and workflows
- Ad-hoc and supplemental education based on evolving team needs
External & Inclusion Initiatives
- Run and amplify inclusion programs such as:
- "Inspiring Voices" podcast (4-6 episodes annually)
- "Talent Radar" newsletters (12 issues annually) with ES&I Research Team
- Fireside Chats (4 episode annually)
- Assist with ES&I Integration team "Executive Stories" blog (12 posts annually) & New Executives Corner blog (12 posts annually)
- Leadership Lens (12 posts annually, in coordination with Talent Marketing Team)
- Track amplification and reach of initiatives to influence ROI evaluations.
Transformation Projects
- Lead communications for transformation initiatives & projects across all 3 orgs to stakeholders.
- Plan and execute comms strategies for executive interlocks and business leaders.
Branding & Talent Acquisition Partnership
- Collaborate with Talent Attraction to ensure brand consistency and leverage latest trends/tools for message amplification.
- Align with B10 TA leadership for synergies and knowledge sharing.
- Support monthly new executive announcements on LinkedIn and maintain client-facing collateral with Talent Attraction team.
Special Projects
- Respond promptly to leadership requests and deliver strategic solutions for emerging needs.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
