Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA FIN FI, you will implement and configure SAP HANA FIN FI solutions for clients, serving as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP HANA FIN FI solutions to meet client needs, leveraging business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions.

• Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client expectations.

• Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work closely with clients and team members to build trust, embodying IBM core values such as knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions.

• Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client needs.

• Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Utilize business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP HANA FIN FI Expertise: Deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in SAP HANA FIN FI solutions, including configuration and implementation to meet client needs.

• Business Requirements Analysis: Experience with analyzing business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client expectations, utilizing business and industry knowledge.

• Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience in leveraging techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations.

• Solution Design and Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FI solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience working with business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Comprehensive Solution Development: Experience with designing and developing comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of SAP HANA FIN FI and industry expertise to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.

• Business Process Integration: Experience in integrating business processes with techno-functional solution expertise to effectively deliver packaged technology solutions that meet client expectations.

• Cross-Industry Knowledge: Experience working with various industries, utilizing business knowledge to ensure successful project delivery and achieving project goals.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
