Your role and responsibilities
About the Partner Marketing Acceleration Team
The Partner Marketing Acceleration Team is a global growth engine aligned to IBM's priority client segments. We expand IBM's market reach and drive new business through our partner ecosystem by enabling partners to move faster, scale impact, and win smarter with digital‑first demand strategies. Operating across regions, markets, and partner routes worldwide, we activate co-marketing programs that unite IBM technology, partner expertise, and customer demand.
About the Role
The Manager, Global Co‑Marketing Programs leads a global team responsible for designing, governing, and executing scalable co-marketing programs across key routes to market- including Value Added Resellers, Value Added Distributors, and hyperscaler marketplaces, to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth. This leader drives program strategy, operational excellence, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure strong global consistency while enabling regional market needs.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & Design
- Develop global co‑marketing program strategies aligned to IBM's growth segments, priority offerings, and partner routes to market.
- Design program structures, incentives, and investment frameworks that drive measurable revenue impact for partners and IBM.
- Apply AI‑driven marketing practices- including automation, predictive insights, and optimization- to scale demand creation and enhance program performance.
- Oversee end‑to‑end program governance, ensuring compliance with legal, trust, and compliance requirements.
- Manage a multimillion‑dollar global marketing budget, optimizing spend allocation and financial stewardship.
- Establish and maintain KPI frameworks to measure performance, ROI, and pipeline impact; use analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
- Ensure strong alignment with global sales, business units, and Geo and Market marketing teams to support both global consistency and local market priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of marketing professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear team goals and data‑driven success metrics to guide prioritization and decision‑making.
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, ecosystem, finance, and operations organizations.

Required technical and professional expertise
- +10 years of experience managing large‑scale global marketing programs or demand‑generation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading global and matrixed teams.
- Proven ability to use data, analytics, and performance insights to optimize marketing outcomes.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets, investments, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive‑level stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, clear communication style, and ability to simplify complexity.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including distributors, VARs, MSPs, and hyperscaler marketplaces.
- Experience applying AI, automation, and advanced digital marketing practices at scale.
- Familiarity with partner programs, partner incentives, and/or co‑marketing models.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
