Locums Interventional Radiology in Georgia - IR Only, Weekly Blocks

This locums IR role focuses exclusively on procedural work within a hospital-based setting supported by a dedicated team.

Highlights

• Interventional Radiology only with no diagnostic reads
• Weekly block scheduling with ongoing availability

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient hospital setting with dedicated IR suite
• CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures
• Drain placements, nephrostomy, and embolization cases
• Full support from technologists and hospital staff

Schedule

• Monday to Monday block scheduling
• Daytime weekday coverage with call responsibilities
• Weekend coverage with overnight call from hotel
• Option to select 1 to 3 weeks per month

Requirements

• Board Certified in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology
• Active Georgia license or IMLC eligibility
• BLS and DEA required
• Comfortable with full scope IR procedures
