Highlights

• 1 to 2 weekends per month, plus vacation coverage
• Light call load, 2 to 6 cases per weekend
• Credentialing in 30 to 60 days

Practice Setting

• Inpatient Level 3 facility
• Adult-only patient population
• Epic EMR

Schedule

• Friday 5pm to Monday 5am
• Full and half weekends available
• Holiday weekends especially needed

Cases and Procedures

• Full scope cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgeries
• Includes open heart and pacemaker insertions

Requirements

• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active Iowa license or IMLC eligible

Travel Accommodations

• Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage covered
